为了选育抗寒性好的巨桉品种 ,利用气相色谱法分析了巨桉 12个种源的 80个家系样品的细胞膜脂肪酸组成和成分 .采用 KOH-CH3OH-BF3酯化、硅胶脱色和程序升温的方法 ,将细胞膜中的主要脂肪酸——棕榈酸 ( 16∶ 0 )、棕榈油酸 ( 16∶ 1)、硬脂酸( 18∶ 0 )、油酸 ( 18∶ 1)、亚油酸 ( 18∶ 2 )和亚麻酸 ( 18∶ 3 )完全分离 .运用归一化方法得出了上述各种脂肪酸含量 .通过对 IUFA分析 ,筛选出了抗寒性好的 18,14,3 9,3 8,2 6,3 5 ,3 6,3 7八个家系品种和抗寒性差的 2 ,80 ,5 8,5 1,70 ,68,62 ,67,60九个家系品种 ,这种方法筛选出的品种与实际越冬大田试验的结果相符
In order to breed the Eucalyptus grandis varieties with good cold resistance, the fatty acid composition and composition of the plasma membrane of 80 families of 12 provenances of Eucalyptus grandis were analyzed by gas chromatography.The esterification with KOH-CH3OH-BF3, the decolorization of silica gel and temperature-programmed (16: 1), palmitoleic acid (16: 1), stearic acid (18: 0), oleic acid (18: 1), linoleic acid : 2) and linolenic acid (18: 3) were completely separated.Using the normalized method, the above fatty acids contents were obtained.According to the analysis of IUFAs, 18,14,39,38 , 6 6,3 5, 3 6,3 7 eight families and poor cold resistance 2,80,80,85 1,70,68,62,67,60 six families of nine families, this method screened The varieties are consistent with the results of the actual overwintering field trials
