结直肠癌(CRC)是个多因素、多步骤,并同多种基因相关联所致的疾病。近年来研究表明micro RNA(miRNA)与CRC的发病中基因表达调控方面关系密切,miRNA可以通过靶基因进而调控蛋白,这些受其调控的蛋白也能反过来调控miRNA的表达,从而在体内形成了一个复杂的调控网络,在肿瘤的发生发展过程中起到了重要的作用。miR-101在CRC中表达水平下调,并且通过多个靶向位点及通路调控CRC细胞增殖、侵袭和转移。笔者就miR-101在CRC发生发展中的作用作一综述。
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a multifactorial, multi-step disease associated with multiple genes. In recent years, studies have shown that microRNA (miRNA) is closely related to the regulation of gene expression in the pathogenesis of CRC. MiRNA can regulate proteins through target genes. These regulated proteins can in turn regulate miRNA expression and thus form A complex regulatory network plays an important role in the development of tumors. miR-101 is down-regulated in CRC and regulates CRC cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis through multiple targeting sites and pathways. The author reviews the role of miR-101 in the development of CRC.
