为适应电力机车生产发展的需要,我厂改建了电镀车间,对电镀设备进行了技术改造,研制成功了八位微处理机控制的电镀自动线。该自动线于八一年十一月进行调试,八二年七月正式投产运行。经近二年的实际应用表明,性能良好,可靠性和自动化程度高,对提高电力机车电镀件产量和质量以及改善劳动条件起到很大作用。为评价总结该项科技成果,进一步推广电子计算机的应用,八四年三月九日至十日铁道部科技局、工业总局组织召开了技术鉴定会。会议认为,我厂将八位微型计算机用于电镀自动线的控制,在技术上是先进的,
In order to meet the needs of the development of electric locomotive production, our factory rebuilt the electroplating workshop, carried out technological transformation on the electroplating equipment, and successfully developed the electroplating automatic line controlled by eight microprocessors.
