目前,色谱法、光谱法、显微技术和电化学方法等已成功用于手性化合物分离分析的定性和定量研究,并取得了一定的研究进展,其中,电分析方法因具有灵敏度高、仪器简单、检测快速等特点而广受关注。本文综述了近几年来电化学方法用于手性识别的研究进展,评述并展望了该领域的发展前景。
At present, the methods of chromatography, spectroscopy, microscopy and electrochemical methods have been successfully used in the qualitative and quantitative studies of separation and analysis of chiral compounds. Some progress has been made in this field. Among them, the methods of electro- Simple, fast detection and other characteristics of widespread concern. This review summarizes the recent progress of electrochemical methods for the chiral recognition, and reviews and prospects the development of this field.
