Objective To explore the significance of regular screening for high-risk pregnancy screening. Methods A total of 162 high risk pregnant women were enrolled in this study from June 2012 to December 2013. The patients were divided into regular group and non-scheduled group according to the rules of pregnancy examination. Each group included 81 preeclampsia, Post-uterine bleeding, uterine and birth canal conditions, as well as two groups of neonates with low body mass, asphyxia, deformity, jaundice and death. Results The maternal prenatal eclampsia, prenatal uterine bleeding, threatened uterine rupture and birth canal injury were lower in the regular check-up group than those in the non-regular check-up group (P <0.05). The incidence of neonates with low birth weight, asphyxia rate, deformity rate and jaundice rate in regular check-up group were significantly lower than those in non-scheduled check-up group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Pregnant women in high-risk pregnancies receive regular check-ups, which can effectively reduce the clinical complications of pregnant women, improve the quality of life of perinatal children, and reduce the maternal and infant mortality rate, which should be popularized and popularized clinically.
