目的:探讨当代大学生自我同一性及心理健康状况。方法:对3206名大学新生采用自我同一性量表、SCL-90症状自评量表、大学新生适应量表进行测量。结果:①心理健康结果显示,在性别、独生子女与否、内招与外招这三个不同水平上,心理健康量表、自我同一性量表、新生适应量表都有部分因子呈现显著性差异。②自我同一性各个因子得分与新生适应各维度呈现显著相关,自我同一性各个因子与心理健康各个因子均呈现显著性相关。结论:90后大学生心理健康状况基本良好;自我同一性水平与新生适应状况和心理健康状况紧密相关。
Objective: To explore the contemporary college students self-identity and mental health status. Methods: 3206 college freshmen were measured by Self-Identity Scale, SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 and University Freshmen Adaptation Scale. Results: (1) Mental health results showed that there were some factors in mental health scale, self-identity scale and freshmen adaptation scale in the three different levels of gender, only child or not, difference. (2) There was a significant correlation between scores of self-identity and dimensions of freshmen’s adaptation, and all factors of self-identity showed significant correlation with various factors of mental health. Conclusion: The mental health of 90 college students is basically good; the level of self-identity is closely related to the status of newborn adaptation and mental health.
