我厂生产的C6127 B普通车床的铸铁导轨,经过试验已由电接触加热自冷淬火,改为中频感应加热水冷淬火,全部淬火面一次淬好。使导轨表面硬化区由网络状变成全部平面,并获得高的硬度(达HRC40~50),淬硬层深度2~3mm,在长为1250mm的导轨平面上,最大变形量可控制在0.40mm范围内,现将该工艺的特点介绍如下:一、铸件的质量要求C6127B车床床身简图如图1,导轨全长1520mm,需淬火长度H40mm,材料为HT20-40,铸件的化学成分和金相组织必须
