利用静电纺丝技术,制备了P(MA-AA)与羽毛多肽质量比分别为100/0、95/5、90/10、85/15、80/20复合纳米纤维膜。利用红外光谱和扫描电镜(SEM)对复合纳米纤维膜进行表征,分别利用电子强力机和表面张力仪对复合纳米纤维膜力学性能和亲水性能进行测试。SEM图分析表明:加入羽毛多肽后,纤维形貌得到很大改善,纤维的直径随着多肽含量的增加而逐渐减小;复合纳米纤维膜的断裂强度先增加后减小,断裂伸长率由156.5%减小到52.3%;羽毛多肽的加入显著提高了纳米纤维膜的亲水性能。
The mass ratio of P (MA-AA) to feather polypeptide was 100 / 0,95 / 5,90 / 10,85 / 15,80 / 20 composite nanofiber membrane prepared by electrospinning. The composite nanofiber membranes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The mechanical properties and hydrophilic properties of the composite nanofibrous membranes were tested by electron and surface tensiometer respectively. The SEM images showed that the morphology of the fiber was greatly improved after adding the feather peptide, and the diameter of the fiber decreased gradually with the increase of the content of the polypeptide. The breaking strength of the composite nanofiber membrane first increased and then decreased, and the elongation at break decreased from 156.5% to 52.3%. The addition of feather polypeptide significantly enhanced the hydrophilicity of the nanofiber membrane.
