食源性疾患应急处置系统的设计与实现

目的研发深圳市罗湖区食源性疾患应急处置系统,形成食源性疾病暴发事件应对决策体系。方法基于对食源性疾病暴发事件应急处置需求全面、详细的分析,利用Java语言编写检索程序,应用Oracle数据库的数据录入、传输和分析统计功能构建信息平台。结果该系统整合医疗机构、疾控机构、卫生行政机构以及食品监管机构等各部门资源,构建了一个包括食源性疾病智能辅助诊断、应急处置、数据录入和统计分析及信息实时共享功能的综合信息管理平台。结论该系统满足了基层食源性疾病暴发事件应急处置的需求,为食源性疾病暴发事件中的病例诊断救治、调查处置以及决策提供依据,提高了食源性疾病暴发事件应急处置的效率。 Objective To develop a foodborne illness emergency response system in Luohu District, Shenzhen to form a food poisoning outbreak response decision system. Methods Based on a comprehensive and detailed analysis of emergency response requirements for outbreaks of foodborne diseases, a search program was written in Java and an information platform was built using data entry, transmission and analysis functions of Oracle database. Results The system integrates the resources of medical institutions, disease control agencies, health administrative agencies and food regulatory agencies and other departments to build a comprehensive system including intelligent diagnosis, emergency treatment, data entry and statistical analysis of foodborne diseases and real-time information sharing Information Management Platform. Conclusion The system meets the emergency response needs for outbreaks of food borne diseases and provides the basis for the diagnosis, treatment, investigation and decision-making of cases of foodborne disease outbreaks and improves the efficiency of emergency treatment of foodborne disease outbreaks.
