武汉市第九砖瓦厂经过整风、思想解放后,生产上出现了高潮.全厂出现了新气象.群众的政治热情和生产积极性空前高涨,领导干部实行了三同一同吃、同住、同劳动,领导作风有了很大的转变.反映在生产上是第一季度的生产计划超额完成,总产值完成139.53%,红砖产量完成114.61%,红瓦产量完成14.17%,砖坯产量完成141.11%,瓦坯产量完成118.21%,手坯工日产量超过定额39.4%,瓦坯台日产量超过定额14.62%,所有这些都是整风运动深入开展的结果.现将我厂在转变领导作风,组织“双反”,促成生产高潮及技术改革等方面的情况介绍如下: 一、组织干部参加生产,转变领导作风.
