高功率连续波磁控管在工业加热等方面有着广泛的应用,长阳极磁控管以其大的热容量及长的互作用区可以得到较大功率的输出.本文试图研究和设计一种针对2450MHz的连续波输出的长阳极磁控管谐振系统,对有输出耦合圆盘和不同隔模方式的频率色散特性和模式分隔进行了计算和比较,对场型分布图的分析发现了普通磁控管中所没有的高阶轴向模式,最后通过适当的隔模带方法得到可满足π模振荡要求的模式分隔.这一研究结果对进一步开发工业加热高功率连续波磁控管打下了一定的基础
High power continuous wave magnetron has a wide range of applications in industrial heating, etc. Long anode magnetrons with its large heat capacity and long interaction area can get more output power. This paper attempts to study and design a long-anode magnetron resonant system for 2450MHz continuous-wave output. The frequency dispersion characteristics and mode separation of output-coupled disks and different modes are calculated and compared. The analysis of the figure reveals the high-order axial modes that are not found in ordinary magnetrons. Finally, the mode separation that satisfies the π-mode oscillation is obtained by the appropriate die-gap method.
