第四讲形状误差及其检测方法(二) 二、直线度误差的评定方法通过测量得到被测要素实际形状的一系列数值,按判别准别采用不同方法进行评定,以取得被测要素的误差值。 1.直线度误差最小区域判别准则给定平面内的直线度误差评定:用两平行直线包容被测实际线,至少有高低相间的三点接触,即为最小区域(图1),此两平行线间的宽度f即为该被测实际线的直线度误差。
