主要研究稀土镁硅合金替代铝条应用于沸腾钢浇注的化学封顶工艺；分析了浇注工艺的可行性。由于应用该工艺钢材质量提高幅度很大，为稀土在钢中应用开辟了新的途径。
The main research is the application of rare earth Mg-Si alloy instead of aluminum strip in the chemical capping process of pouring steel; the feasibility of pouring process is analyzed. Due to the great improvement of the quality of steel used in the process, a new way for the application of rare earth in steel has been opened up.
