赤松毛虫是云台山林区松林主要害虫之一。由于连续采用单一化学防治方法,造成害虫抗药性明显增强,天敌大量杀死,灾情长期控制不住的被动局面,严重影响了松林的正常生长和污染了森林的环境。因此,从生物防治方面寻求安全、有效、经济的防治方法,达到稳定控制虫灾的效果,已成为松毛虫防治急需解决的课题。 为了探索多角体病毒对赤松毛虫的毒杀效果和扩大应用技术,我们共同协作,开展了室内外毒杀试验。现将试验情况和初步结果整理如下:
Red pine caterpillar is one of the main pests in the pine forest in Yuntai Mountain. Due to continuous single chemical control methods, pest insecticide resistance was significantly increased, natural enemies were killed in large numbers, and the passive situation that the disaster could not be controlled for a long time seriously affected the normal growth of pine forests and polluted the environment of forests. Therefore, seeking a safe, effective and economical method of prevention and treatment from the aspect of biological control and achieving the effect of stably controlling insect pests has become an urgent issue to be solved by the prevention and control of the pine caterpillars. In order to explore the toxic effects of polyhedrosis virus on red caterpillar and to expand the application of technology, we work together to carry out indoor and outdoor poisoning test. Now the test results and preliminary results are as follows:
