RUNX3基因是新近发现的一种抑癌基因,属人runt相关转录因子(human runt-related transcription fac-tor,RUNX)家族成员,是TGF-β信号传导通路中的一个重要环节,杂合子丢失(LOH)和启动子高甲基化可使其失活,并可导致胃癌的发生、发展和转移。本文综述了RUNX3基因的结构、功能及其与胃粘膜异常增生与癌变的关系。
RUNX3 is a recently discovered tumor suppressor gene and belongs to a member of human runt-related transcription fac-tor (RUNX) family and is an important part of TGF-β signaling pathway. Loss of heterozygotes LOH) and promoter hypermethylation can make it inactivation, and can lead to the occurrence, development and metastasis of gastric cancer. This review summarizes the structure and function of RUNX3 gene and its relationship with gastric mucosal dysplasia and carcinogenesis.
