本文用改良酶学法对40例宫内窘迫及出生时窒息的新生儿脐血浆次黄嘌呤水平进行了测定,同时作血气分析和Apgar评分。以40例同期出生的正常新生儿为对照。结果显示:缺氧组新生儿血浆Nx和PCO_2明显高于对照组,而pH、PO_2、氧含量(O_2CT0)、HCO_3-明显低于对照组。Hx与PCO_2呈正相关;与pH、PO_2、HCO_3、O_2CT呈负相关;与Apgar评分呈负相关。表明Hx能客观、准确的反映组织细胞缺氧、酸中毒及能量代谢的状况。
In this paper, 40 cases of intrauterine distress and neonatal asphyxia newborn umbilical plasma hypoxanthine levels were measured by modified enzymology, blood gas analysis and Apgar score. 40 cases of normal newborns born at the same period as a control. The results showed that the levels of plasma Nx and PCO 2 in neonates with hypoxia were significantly higher than those in control group, while the contents of pH, PO 2, O 2 CT 0 and HCO 3 were significantly lower than those in control group. Hx was positively correlated with PCO_2, negatively correlated with pH, PO_2, HCO_3 and O_2CT, but negatively correlated with Apgar score. Hx can objectively and accurately reflect the hypoxia, acidosis and energy metabolism of tissue cells.
