用沉淀聚合法来获得高分子量的聚丙烯腈(PAN)。实验发现,过高的分子量对后续的纺丝工艺很不利。研究了丙烯腈(AN)-丙烯酸甲酯(MA)-衣康酸(IA)三元共聚合体系,以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,在二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和水(H2O)、乙醇(C2H5OH)和正丁醇(C4H9OH)的混合溶剂中合成PAN。采用C2H5OH和C4H9OH作为添加溶剂对分子量进行控制和调节,得到了较好分子量的聚合物。
Precipitation polymerization is used to obtain high molecular weight polyacrylonitrile (PAN). Experiments found that excessive molecular weight on the subsequent spinning process is very unfavorable. The ternary copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN), methyl acrylate (MA) and itaconic acid (IA) was studied in the presence of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as initiator in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) And water (H2O), ethanol (C2H5OH) and n-butanol (C4H9OH) mixed solvent synthesis PAN.
