普罗帕酮(Pr)系Ic类抗心律失常药,临床应用广泛,疗效肯定。但不良反应也屡有报道,尤其对心脏的不良反应明显高于其他抗心律失常药物,临床危害较大。本文收集26例Pr引起心脏不良反应病例,旨在分析Pr致心脏不良反应的原因和安全性。 1 临床资料 1.1 26例均系男性,年龄69～82岁,平均75岁。冠心病(CAD)18例,高心病(HCD)6例,肺心病(PCD)2例;按NYHA心功能分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级6例,Ⅱ～Ⅲ级2例,余心功能正常;用药前单纯房早10
Propafenone (Pr) is a type Ic antiarrhythmic drug with a wide range of clinical applications and a positive therapeutic effect. However, adverse reactions are also frequently reported, especially adverse reactions to the heart was significantly higher than other anti-arrhythmic drugs, clinical harm. This article collected 26 cases of Pr-induced adverse cardiac reactions in patients with Pr-induced cardiac adverse reactions to analyze the causes and safety. 1 Clinical data 1.1 26 cases were male, aged 69 to 82 years, mean 75 years.
