通过理论计算和有限元模拟分析,对采用植筋锚固技术进行基桩静载试验进行可行性研究。结果表明,按照理论计算进行植筋布置,可控制原有底板变形并满足荷载反力要求。试验过程中,试桩边缘的底板抬升值最大,距离试桩边缘越远,抬升量越小;试验对底板的变形影响范围为距中心点7 m的区域。通过预先调整钢筋的松紧程度,可使植筋受力均匀,避免植筋断裂。应用植筋锚固技术进行静载试验是可行的,该方法具有试验方法简便、安全和经济的优点,作为一种新的反力装置,可作为特殊条件下基桩静载试验的方法。
Through the theoretical calculation and finite element simulation analysis, the feasibility study on the static load test of foundation piles using anchorage-anchorage technique was carried out. The results show that according to the theoretical calculation of planting bar arrangement, the deformation of the original floor can be controlled and the load reaction force can be satisfied. During the test, the maximum lifting value of the bottom of the test pile at the edge of the test pile is larger, and the farther the lift is from the edge of the test pile, the influence of the test on the deformation of the bottom plate is in the region of 7 m from the center point. By pre-adjusting the tightness of steel, planting stress can be uniform, to avoid planting tendons fracture. It is feasible to apply the anchorage anchorage technique to static load test. The method has the advantages of simple, safe and economical test method. As a new reaction device, it can be used as the method of static load test of foundation pile under special conditions.
