取自一名27岁男性鼻咽癌患者的活检标本,建立了湖南鼻咽癌上皮细胞株1号(HNE_1)。该株已传100多代,培养细胞多层生长。电镜下多数细胞呈低分化鳞癌,少数呈低分化腺癌性质。81代以前EB病毒核抗原检查持续阳性。裸鼠皮下接种有致癌性,可诱发高分化鳞癌。染色体分析为非整倍体,众数达74～101 A biopsy specimen from a 27-year-old man with nasopharyngeal carcinoma was recruited to establish Hunan Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Epithelial Cell Line 1 (HNE_1). The strain has been transmitted for more than 100 generations, and the cultured cells have grown in multiple layers. Under electron microscope, most of the cells were poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, and a few were poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The EB virus nuclear antigen test continued positive until the 81st generation. Nude mice are inoculated subcutaneously with carcinogenicity and can induce well-differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. Chromosome analysis is aneuploid, with a number of occasions ranging from 74 to 101
