课程是教育的核心,决定着学校培养目标的实现,决定着学生成长的“路径”。构建基于学校办学理念的课程体系,既是深化课程改革、推进教育创新的必然要求,也是提高教育质量、提升办学品位、促进学生全面而有个性地发展的迫切需要。本文阐述了学校围绕“让每位儿童充满生活力”的核心办学理念,探索生活力教育课程化的四大基本策略:减出高效,加出特色——加加减减中,为“生活力课程”赢得时间和空间;赋权师生,绽放个性——走班选课中,为“生活力课程”涂抹生命的亮色;抓小放大,扬长补短——微课研发中,为“生活力课程”插上科技的翅膀;搭建平台,秀出才艺——专项展示和专题活动中,彰显学生的生命活力。
Curriculum is the core of education, determines the achievement of school training objectives, determines the growth of students “path ”. Constructing a curriculum system based on the idea of running a school is not only an inevitable requirement for deepening curriculum reform and promoting education innovation, but also an urgent need for improving the quality of education, improving the quality of schooling and promoting the all-round and individualistic development of students. This paper elaborates on the school’s core concept of running a school around “let every child be full of vitality” and explores four basic strategies of curricula for life force education: reducing high efficiency and adding distinctive features - “Vital Curriculum” Winning Time and Space; Empowering Teachers and Students, Blooming Personality - Applying the Lightness Color of Life to “Vital Power Courses” in Walking Classes; R & D for Small Class In order to “life skills curriculum ” plug in the wings of technology; build a platform to show off talent - special exhibitions and special activities, highlighting students vitality.
