一场拉锯战。开发商看似坚挺。在全国房地产市场普遍低迷的情况下,SOHO中国董事长潘石屹却逆势提价,并且高调地认为,“对中国经济和奥运之后房地产的走势,已经有许多人做了宏观的分析。我们的结论是继续看好中国经济和奥运后北京房地产市场。”但是,降价还是来临了。随着房地产销售量的不断下滑,一些地产商最终选择让步,开始大幅下调地产价格。
