节杆菌(AS)能够产生一种β-呋喃果糖苷酶,该酶能以蔗糖和乳糖为底物,合成低聚乳果糖(LS)。这是一种功能性低聚糖,对人体健康有益,有很好的发展前景。实验研究了培养基组成对节杆菌产β-呋喃果糖苷酶活力的影响,确定最佳培养基的配方为蔗糖4%、酵母膏1.60%、牛肉膏0.50%、KH_2PO_40.20%、(NH_4)_2HPO_40.40%。
Arthrobacter (AS) is capable of producing a beta-fructofuranosidase that synthesizes oligomeric lactulose (LS) using sucrose and lactose as substrates. This is a functional oligosaccharide, good for human health, there is a good prospect for development. The effects of medium composition on the β-fructofuranosidase activity of Arthrobacter were studied experimentally. The optimal medium was 4% sucrose, 1.60% yeast extract, 0.50% beef extract, KH_2PO_40.20% , (NH 4) 2 HPO 40.40%.
