研究针对目前激光三维堆积层高开环控制的现状,基于PMAC上自行开发研制一套层高随动控制系统。使Z轴单层提升高度ΔZ与成形件单层堆积高度Δh保持一致,来保证成形件每层都有相同的离焦量。从而克服了成型件形貌上的上下不均匀以及边缘锯齿状现象。
Aiming at the present situation of high open-loop control of laser three-dimensional buildup layer, a layer of high-level follow-up control system was developed based on PMAC. Z-axis monolayer lifting height ΔZ and forming the single-layer accumulation height Δh consistent to ensure that the forming member each layer have the same amount of defocus. Thus overcoming the uneven top and bottom of the molded part and jagged edges.
