目的探讨中低位直肠癌TME保肛手术的手术可行性及优点。方法回顾分析我院2005年6月～2008年7月40例中低位直肠癌TME的保肛手术治疗情况。结果无手术死亡,吻合口瘘2例,有一例发生局部肿瘤复发,占2.5%。结论TME保肛手术可以有效降低复发率并保留了肛门功能,应成为中低位直肠癌治疗的首选方式。
Objective To investigate the feasibility and advantage of TME anal sphincter preserving surgery in low and middle rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from June 2005 to July 2008 40 cases of low rectal cancer TME anal sphincter preservation surgery. Results No operative death, anastomotic leakage in 2 cases, one case of local tumor recurrence, accounting for 2.5%. Conclusion TME anal sphincter preservation surgery can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and retain the anal function should be the preferred method of treatment of low and middle rectal cancer.
