为研究露天梯段爆破粉尘体积分散度的分布规律和特征,采用分形几何理论建立分形分布函数,以Rosin-Rammler分布函数为基准函数,将猴子岩水电站桃花料场流纹岩爆破开采的工作边帮、出入沟、工作平盘以及爆破区作为取样点,收集粉尘样品。通过激光粒度分布仪测量样品分散度,求出函数特征值,定量表达料场粉尘分布规律。结果表明,爆破粉尘分散度具有良好的分形特征,可用分形维数D定量表示,其分形维数D为2.110~2.251;采样点的分形维数D与至爆破区距离负相关,Rosin-Rammler分布参数n与至爆破区距离正相关;远离料场爆破区采样点的样品中,悬浮颗粒、可吸入粉尘、呼吸性粉尘所占比例较大。
In order to study the distribution law and characteristics of volumetric dispersion of blasting dust in open-air bench, a fractal distribution function was established by using fractal geometry theory. The work side of the ropy rock blasting mining in the peach blossom yard of the Zhiziyan Hydropower Station was based on the Rosin-Rammler distribution function Help, out of the ditch, working flat and blasting area as a sampling point, collecting dust samples. The dispersion degree of the sample was measured by laser particle size distribution analyzer, and the eigenvalue of the function was obtained to quantitatively express the dust distribution law of the material yard. The results show that the dispersive degree of blasting dust has a good fractal characteristic, which can be quantitatively expressed by the fractal dimension D, the fractal dimension D is 2.110 ~ 2.251; the fractal dimension D of the sampling point is negatively correlated with the distance from the blasting area, and the Rosin-Rammler distribution The parameter n is positively related to the distance to the blasting zone. Among the samples away from the blasting zone, the proportion of suspended particles, respirable dust and respirable dust is larger.
