本文以M公司发生的薪酬舞弊为背景,分析舞弊者长期得逞原因,提出一些有效防止薪酬舞弊的措施,以期为企业薪酬发放审核提供参考。
This paper takes the background of the salary fraud that occurred in M company, analyzes the causes of the fraudulent long-term success, and puts forward some measures to effectively prevent the salary fraud, in order to provide reference for the review of the salary distribution of the company.
