目的了解河北省生牛乳中硫氰酸盐含量情况。方法遵循代表性、随机性和适时性的采样原则,采得全省范围内2013年159份生乳样品,按照食品中硫氰酸钠测定的标准操作程序,采用离子色谱法进行硫氰酸盐含量测定。结果 111份样品检出硫氰酸盐,48份未检出,检出含量最高为6.45 mg/kg,P50为1.32 mg/kg,P95为2.94 mg/kg。结论 159份生乳样品中硫氰酸盐含量均低于GB 2760—1996《食品添加剂使用卫生标准》中规定的硫氰酸钠添加量(≤15 mg/kg),河北省生乳中硫氰酸盐污染情况相对较轻。
Objective To understand the content of thiocyanate in raw milk in Hebei Province. Methods According to the sampling principle of representativeness, randomness and timeliness, 159 raw milk samples from 2013 in the whole province were collected.
