以普通油茶闽43为材料,研究温度、GA浓度和时间等单因素对油茶果实采后处理的影响,并在单因素试验的基础上,以响应面分析法对油茶果实采后处理过程中种仁含油率提升的条件进行优化,采用Design-Expert 8.0软件获得最优采后处理组合并进行验证试验。结果表明,最优采后处理组合为温度25.10℃,GA浓度403.64 mg·L~(-1),时间6.81 d,油茶种仁含油率最大预测值为48.26%,比对照提升了5.69%;在此处理条件下,种仁含油率的验证试验实测值为48.66%,与最大预测值基本符合。
The effects of single factor such as temperature, GA concentration and time on post-harvest treatment of Camellia oleifera fruit were studied by using common Camellia min 43 as raw material. On the basis of single factor test, response surface methodology Kernel oil rate to optimize the conditions for the use of Design-Expert 8.0 software to obtain the best after-treatment combination and validation test. The results showed that the optimal combination of postharvest treatment temperature was 25.10 ℃, GA concentration was 403.64 mg · L -1, the time was 6.81 d, the maximum predicted value of oil content was 48.26%, 5.69% higher than the control; Under the condition of this treatment, the measured value of the kernel oil content validation test was 48.66%, basically in line with the maximum predicted value.
