目的建立HPLC法测定肝复康丸中五味子的有效成分五味子醇甲的含量测定方法。方法样品用甲醇超声处理(功率250W,频率20kHz)提取,滤过,以甲醇定容后,注入高效液相色谱仪分离测定。色谱条件:C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(13∶7);检测波长:250nm;流速1.0mL·min-1,进样量10μL。结果五味子醇甲在0.6~6μg范围内线性关系良好。相关系数r=0.9999。结论方法灵敏度高,结果准确、可靠,操作简便,可用于该产品中五味子醇甲的含量测定及质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of schisandrin A, an effective component of schisandra in Ganfukang Pills. Methods Samples were extracted with methanol (power 250W, frequency 20 kHz), filtered, mixed with methanol, and injected into high performance liquid chromatograph for separation and determination. Chromatographic conditions: C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-water (13:7); detection wavelength: 250 nm; flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1, injection volume 10 μL. Results The schisandrol A had good linearity in the range of 0.6~6μg. The correlation coefficient r=0.9999. Conclusions The method has high sensitivity, accurate and reliable results, simple operation, and can be used for the determination and quality control of schisandrin A in the product.
