以Cr12MoV和DC53两种模具钢为研究对象,通过硬度测试、冲击试验和断口形貌观察优选了每种成分的热处理工艺,之后以精密平面磨床为平台、以着色渗透探伤剂为检测手段进行磨削试验,对比研究了不同径向磨削量对模具钢微观裂纹倾向的影响。研究结果表明:保证Cr12MoV和DC53两种模具钢淬火回火态不发生微观裂纹的临界径向磨削量均为0.04mm;Cr12MoV的微观裂纹为细小线形开裂,呈平行并排弥散分布,方向与磨削方向垂直;而DC53由于供货状态不佳,其微观裂纹为粗大线形开裂,与磨削方向接近于平行,裂纹痕迹少且呈集中分布。
With Cr12MoV and DC53 as the research object, the heat treatment process of each component was optimized by hardness test, impact test and fracture morphology observation.
