传统观点认为游离植骨仅适于小段骨缺损,而不适于大段骨缺损。利用钛网包裹打压松质骨游离植骨修复长骨大段骨缺损可克服以往松质骨植骨无包裹打压的缺陷,避免植骨后骨吸收现象的发生,而且患者术后可早期康复活动。其愈合方式是松质骨通过从钛网孔周围长入的血管获得营养和成骨因子形成新骨,然后新骨逐渐皮质化塑形来修复大块皮质骨骨缺损。动物实验研究和临床应用结果显示,该方法简便、安全、有效、骨缺损愈合较快,是修复四肢长骨大段骨缺损的有效方法之一。“,”Free graft is traditionally considered only suitable for small bone defect but not suitable for massive bone defect.The titanium mesh wrapped impacting cancellous bone graft to repair massive defect of long bone can avoid bone resorption after free cancellous bone graft and facilitate early rehabilitation .Healing pattern is through ingrowth of vessels through titanium mesh to provide nutrition and osteogenic factors , to form new bone,then the newly formed bone gradually corticalizes to repair massive cortical bone defect .Ani-mal experimental studies and clinical applications have showed simplicity ,safety,effectiveness and fast heal-ing of the method,whichi is an alternative for repairing massive defect of long bone in limbs.
