Clean energy power generation industry is an appropriate direction of investment, because the industry has nothing to do with national security, but also the huge demand for pre-start capital. What the United States lacks at present is the policy support for such investment. During the first term of the U.S. President Obama, the economic friction between China and the United States has continued and the dispute in the field of clean energy has become the catalyst. But in fact, the energy dialogue between the two countries has a rather good beginning. When Obama visited China for the first time in November 2009, one of his major programs was the energy cooperation between the two countries. At the time, President Obama and Chinese President Hu Jintao actually signed a series of agreements on various aspects of energy cooperation, including the establishment of the China-US Clean Energy Research Center and the China Renewable Energy Partnership.
