近期我院两例患者术毕当日发现其它部位肿瘤并存 ,现报告如下 :例一 ,男 ,71岁 ,因前列腺癌 (病理 :中分化及低分化腺癌 )晚期尿路梗阻耻骨上膀胱造瘘术后膀胱急性大出血而硬膜外麻醉下行手术探查 ,未用静脉辅助药物。术后 8小时发现Ｔ5以下感觉消失 ,不能活动 ,双下肢肌张力 0
