通过聚乙二醇(PEG)渗透胁迫来人工模拟干旱条件,对黑龙江省种植的10个玉米杂交种的萌芽期抗旱性进行了研究。结果表明:水分胁迫影响玉米的发芽势、发芽率、胚芽长度、胚根长度、干物质积累及贮藏物质运转率;不同杂交种在抗旱性上存在明显差别:哲单37、龙禾1号、大地11号、原单68号、东农254和穗丰10号抗旱性较强;强盛31和辽河4号抗旱性中等;吉祥1号和东裕108抗旱性较弱。
The drought resistance conditions were simulated by polyethylene glycol (PEG) osmotic stress. The drought resistance of 10 maize hybrids planted in Heilongjiang Province during the germination period was studied. The results showed that water stress affected the germination potential, germination rate, germ length, radicle length, dry matter accumulation and storage material turnover rate of different hybrids. There were significant differences in drought resistance between different hybrids: Zhedan 37, Longhe 1, On the 11th, the original number 68, Dongnong 254 and Suifeng 10 had stronger drought resistance; the resistance of Qiangsheng 31 and Liaohe 4 was moderate; the drought resistance of Jixiang 1 and Dongyu 108 was weak.
