在田间调查的基础上,分析了杏褪绿卷叶病株的光合特性以及叶片叶绿素含量、单叶面积、含水量等生理指标与正常植株的差异,并对其叶片结构进行了解剖观察。研究结果表明,光合特性的各指标在正常株与感病株之间无显著性差异,但感病株的净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度均低于正常株,而蒸腾速率则高于正常株。光响应曲线表明感病株光饱和点1 860μmol/(m2.s)高出正常株1 120μmol/(m2.s)50%以上。感病植株的叶绿素含量、叶面积、总含水量等各项指标均低于正常植株。解剖学研究表明,感病植株的叶片厚度和栅栏组织的厚度极显著性低于正常植株。上述结果综合反映出感病株叶片光合能力的衰退和减弱。
On the basis of field investigation, the photosynthetic characteristics and the differences of chlorophyll content, single leaf area and water content of the apricot chlorotic involucre strains from the normal plants were analyzed, and their leaf anatomical structures were observed. The results showed that there was no significant difference in photosynthetic characteristics between normal and susceptible plants, but the net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration of susceptible plants were lower than those of normal plants, while the transpiration rate Higher than the normal strain.
