目的分析异种去细胞肌腱的制备及其生物相容性的实验研究。方法选取3只健康家猪,并进行选择性的去细胞异种皮,同时选取成年Wistar大鼠70只与成年SD大鼠5只,进行选择性的去细胞异种皮,并在术后进行组织学观察。结果对选择性去细胞异种皮与组织学进行观察后得知,大体观察表现为表皮层较为连续完整,其表皮面与真皮面分别为黄白色与瓷白色,较为柔软;进行皮下植入实验后得知,对其进行大体观察后显示实验动物手术顺利完成,术后活动良好,手术切口无肿胀、渗液渗出等情况。结论采取戊二醛-胰蛋白酶-去污剂制备选择性去细胞异种皮具有良好的生物相容性与形态学优势,可有效修复大面积深度烧伤的创面,临床意义显著。
Objective To analyze the preparation and biocompatibility of heterologous acellular dendritic tendon. Methods Three healthy domestic pigs were selected for selective acellular xenograft. At the same time, 70 adult Wistar rats and 5 adult SD rats were selected for selective acellular xenograft. Histology Observed. Results After observing selective acellular dermal xerogen and histology, we found that the epidermis was relatively continuous and intact. The epidermis and dermis were yellow-white and porcelain-white, respectively, which were softer. After subcutaneous implantation That, after a general observation of the experimental animals showed that surgery was successfully completed, good postoperative activities, surgical incision without swelling, exudate exudation and so on. Conclusion The preparation of selective acellular xenogenic bark with glutaraldehyde-trypsin-detergent has good biocompatibility and morphological advantages, which can effectively repair wounds with extensive deep burn. The clinical significance is significant.
