高等院校的建设和发展离不开实验技术人员队伍。建设一支高水平、高素质、结构合理的实验技术人员队伍,为教学和科研保驾护航是高等院校的基本任务之一。本文就实验技术人员队伍建设方面存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决思路和对策。
