在钻井过程中为了有效保护和正确控制井控设备,同时确保井控安全,需要钻井从业人员进行井控仿真培训。为了给培训人员创造真实的钻井环境并客观反映培训人员的技能水平,设计了井控远程台实物仿真系统。为了在与真实相近的环境下模拟操作井控设备,将自适应稳态回馈控制应用到井控远程台仿真系统中。根据系统特性,结合PID自适应控制,提出自适应井控远程台压力油制备仿真的稳态回馈控制算法。为验证方法的可行性,选取以某油田钻井公司的实际项目为背景进行仿真设计。试验结果表明,此方法能够实现远程控制台的检查与运行等内容的真实操作训练功能。
In the drilling process in order to effectively protect and properly control the well control equipment, while ensuring well control safety, well drilling personnel need to well control simulation training. In order to create a true drilling environment for trainers and objectively reflect the skill level of trainers, a well control remote station physical simulation system was designed. In order to simulate the operation of well control equipment in a real environment, the adaptive steady-state feedback control is applied to well-controlled remote station simulation system. According to the characteristics of the system and the PID adaptive control, a steady state feedback control algorithm for adaptive well control remote station pressure oil preparation simulation is proposed. In order to verify the feasibility of the method, we select the actual project of an oilfield drilling company as the background to carry on the simulation design. The test results show that this method can realize the real operation training function of remote console inspection and operation.
