目的探讨感觉功能训练用于脑卒中患者的价值。方法将62例脑卒中患者作为本次研究对象,将其根据训练方法不同分为两组,每组31例。对照组采用常规恢复,观察组在对照组的基础上采用感觉功能训练,比较两组患者训练前后Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、MBI评分等情况。结果两组患者训练前Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、上肢和躯干肌肉耐力及本体感觉、MBI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练后,观察组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、上肢和躯干肌肉耐力及本体感觉评分、MBI评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感觉功能训练在脑卒中患者中的应用价值较高,可有效改善患者的临床症状,恢复其肢体感觉,提高其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of sensory function training in stroke patients. Methods Totally 62 stroke patients were divided into two groups (31 in each group) according to different training methods. The control group received routine recovery. The observation group received sensory function training on the basis of the control group. The Fugl-Meyer motor function score and MBI score before and after training were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function before training, the endurance and body sensation of upper limbs and trunk, and the MBI scores of two groups were not significantly different (P> 0.05). After training, Fugl-Meyer motor function score, And trunk muscle endurance and body sensation score, MBI score were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Sensory function training is of high value in patients with stroke, which can effectively improve patients’ clinical symptoms, restore their sensory organs and improve their quality of life, which is worthy of popularization.
