“2004中国大学生就业首选企业调查”活动结束了,一系列的调查数据正反映了在高等教育和大学生就业由精英化向大众化转变的过程当中,当代大学生多元化的就业价值观。从社会公认的精英阶层,到逐渐接受市场的选择,当代大学生承受了社会竞争所带来的巨大压力,在就业价值观方面表现出矛盾化与多元性。一方面,他们无从彻底摆脱“精英情结”,他们的择业观带着强烈的理想化色彩,希望自己的精英角色能够在职业生涯中得以持续;而另一方面,大众化就业口号却已潜移默化地深入他们的头脑,接受市场选择,追求个人价值最大化,择业的功利化倾向十分明显。无论是理想化还是功利化,可以说,当代大学生在择业观方面所表现出的独立自主性比上一代大学生大为增强,择业观与就业观与社会大环境的联系也越来越密切,这给高校、企业、就业指导部门乃至整个社会带来了新的研究课题。
The survey of “2004 Top Universities for Job Selection of Undergraduates in Colleges and Universities in China” concluded with a series of survey data reflecting the diverse employment values of contemporary undergraduates in the transition from elitism to popularization in employment of higher education and graduates. On the one hand, they can not completely shake off the “elite complex.” Their career outlook with a strong idealistic color and hope that their elite roles can be sustained in their careers. On the other hand, the popular employment slogan has been subtly penetrated Their minds, to accept the market choice, the pursuit of personal value maximization, career utilitarian tendency is very obvious. Whether it is idealization or utilitarianism, we can say that the contemporary college students showed a greater independence in career choices than the previous generation of college students, and the relationship between employment view and employment outlook is more and more closely linked with the social environment, which gives Universities, enterprises, employment guidance departments and even the whole society have brought new research topics.
