为研究影响大叶相思抗旱能力的主导因素,对大叶相思在渗透胁迫过程中的电导率、相对含水量等9个生理指标进行了测定,利用SAS软件对这些指标针对不同处理水平进行主成分分析,分析表明:维持膜的稳定性的水分生理指标质膜相对透性、相对含水量、自然饱和亏是大叶相思抗旱性测定的主要选择对策,其次是代表渗透调节因子的可溶性糖和游离脯氨酸。
In order to study the dominant factors affecting the drought resistance of Acacia auriculiformis, 9 physiological indexes such as conductivity and relative water content during the process of osmotic stress were determined. SAS software was used to analyze the main components of these indexes at different treatment levels Analysis and analysis showed that the relative permeability, relative water content and natural saturation loss of water and physiology index were the main choice measures to measure the drought resistance of Acacia macrostachya, followed by the soluble sugar and free radical which represent the osmoregulation factors Proline.
