[目的 /意义]基于科研人员学术成果产出的引进人才评估服务,可以作为高校图书馆服务转型与发展的新方向,本文通过探讨高校图书馆辅助人才评估的方法与成效,推动服务的普及和拓展,为高校图书馆开展类似服务提供参考。[方法 /过程]采用案例分析法,以上海交通大学图书馆为学校引进人才开展的学术产出评估服务作为典型案例,分析服务方法探索过程中指标体系变化的内在原因,针对图书馆遇到的主要问题予以分析、思考,并提出阶段性解决方案。[结果 /结论]总结高校图书馆开展引进人才评估服务过程中需要持续思考的普适性问题:需求驱动如何与需求牵引有机结合,推动服务可持续发展;循序渐进,根据人员配置情况和过程控制有序推进服务范围;持续跟进科技评估的最新理念与进展,并不断寻找理论与实践的最佳结合点。
[Purpose / Significance] The introduction of talent assessment services based on the academic achievements of researchers can serve as a new direction for the transformation and development of university library services. This article explores the methods and effects of the evaluation of the auxiliary talents in university libraries, promotes the popularization of services and Expand, provide reference for university library to carry out similar services.
