鲁米诺作为一种常见的化学发光反应试剂已在分析领域中得到广泛应用,但用它来测定ClO_4~-仍未见报道.本文工作发现,鲁米诺在碱性条件下可被H_2O_2-ClO_4~-氧化而产生强化学发光,依据这种作用,建立了测定痕量ClO_4~-的化学发光新方法.本法测定ClO_4~-的检出限为0.5ng·ml~(-1)线性范围为1×10~(-9)～1×10~(-4)g·ml~(-1),且操作简便.
Luminol as a common chemiluminescence reaction reagent has been widely used in the field of analysis, but it has not been reported to measure ClO_4 ~ - in this work.It is found that the luminol can be replaced by H_2O_2- Based on this effect, a new chemiluminescence method for the determination of trace ClO 4 ~ - was established.The detection limit of ClO 4 ~ - was 0.5 ng · ml -1 linearity The range is 1 × 10 ~ (-9) ~ 1 × 10 ~ (-4) g · ml ~ (-1), and the operation is simple.
