应用心导纳图测算心输出量和血流动力学改变,优于阻抗法。因导纳仪恒压,且有自动调节系统,可消除一定频率范围的外来干扰,重复性好,且不用计算基础导纳,计算简便,所以可做为一种测定心输出量的较可靠方法。笔者应用心导纳图对正常成人心输出量和血流动力学变化进行了观察研究.资料、方法及结果经询问病史、体检、X线、心电图、心脏B型超声波、血、尿常规、生化等检查,筛选出无心肺疾病,无高血压病,无与心血管有关疾病的健康人100例,分为三组。青年组35例(男28例,女7例),年龄19~39岁;老年前期组36例(男29例,女7例),年龄40~64岁;老年组29例
