目的检测阴道念珠菌病小鼠模型中单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的表达,并对其在阴道念珠菌病发病中的作用进行探讨。方法建立阴道念珠菌病小鼠模型,以免疫组化染色SABC法检测小鼠阴道黏膜中MCP-1蛋白的表达,并应用HMIAS-2000型全自动医学彩色图像分析系统对小鼠阴道黏膜MCP-1的表达进行半定量分析。结果与对照组及正常小鼠相比,感染组小鼠阴道黏膜MCP-1表达水平明显升高,且随时间延长逐渐升高,14天达到高峰,第21天略有下降。结论MCP-1可能在局部阴道黏膜内对白念珠菌的感染起一定的防御作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in the vaginal candidiasis mouse model and its role in the pathogenesis of vaginal candidiasis. Methods The mouse model of vaginal candidiasis was established. The expression of MCP-1 protein in vaginal mucosa of mice was detected by immunohistochemical SABC method. The sensitivity of MCPAS- 1 expression for semi-quantitative analysis. Results Compared with the control group and the normal mice, the expression of MCP-1 in the vaginal mucosa of infected mice was significantly increased and gradually increased with time, reaching the peak on the 14th day and slightly decreasing on the 21st day. Conclusion MCP-1 may play a defensive role in the infection of Candida albicans in local vaginal mucosa.
