随着计算机信息技术的不断发展,结构全三维设计方法正成为先进企业主流的设计模式。文中基于三维设计软件Creo2.0,以某典型机载雷达为对象,着重阐述了全三维设计中Top-Down协同设计、模型简化过程、装配模型检查及维修性设计等过程。应用结果表明,采用全三维设计方法对提高设计效率、降低设计差错效果明显。
With the continuous development of computer information technology, the full-dimensional structure design method is becoming the mainstream design mode of advanced enterprises. In this paper, based on the three-dimensional design software Creo2.0, with a typical airborne radar as an object, the process of Top-Down collaborative design, model simplification, assembly model checking and maintenance design in an all-dimensional design are emphatically described. The application results show that the use of full three-dimensional design method to improve design efficiency and reduce design errors obvious effect.
