为提高滑板的抗折强度,选择了显气孔率和气孔孔径与滑板比较相似的碳材料作为试验材料,将其浸渍在4种热固性树脂中,调查了浸渍效果。4种热固性树脂中的两种为甲阶类酚醛树脂,另外两种为呋哺系变性树脂。从其浸渍试验结果可知,酚醛树脂有助于降低气孔率,呋喃系变性树脂有助于提高强度。从浸渍处理后提高滑板特性的效果来看,树脂的不挥发份多的更有效。采用浸渍效果好的酚醛树脂B,以98MPa浸渍滑板,浸渍时的加压保持时间为30 min,浸渍率便可达到饱和,抗折强度比目前采用的焦油沥青浸渍的强度高。
In order to improve the flexural strength of the skateboard, a carbon material with a similar porosity and stomatal aperture to that of the skateboard was selected as the test material, and immersed in four kinds of thermosetting resins to investigate the impregnation effect. Two of the four thermosetting resins are alpha-phenolic and the other two are furan-based denatured resins. From its impregnation test results show that phenolic resin helps to reduce the porosity, furan-based degeneration resin helps to improve the strength. From the effect of improving the characteristics of the skateboard after the immersion treatment, the nonvolatile content of the resin is more effective. The phenolic resin B with good impregnation effect is impregnated into the skateboard at 98MPa, the pressure holding time during impregnation is 30 min, the impregnation rate can reach saturation, and the flexural strength is higher than that of the currently used tar pitch impregnation.
