这一研究课题是由一级工程师李文采于1982年首先提出来的。于1985年与鞍山钢铁公司合作进行试验。由试验得知:对于长宽小于500×500mm的小钢坯,钢坯内部缺陷如气孔和疏松受6个面的凝固速度影响。变形量超过4倍时才消失。对于大钢坯,内部缺陷主要取决于钢坯的顶部和底部凝固速度。如果顶部和底部同时产生凝固,这些缺陷将出现在钢坯的中部,但是,当凝固只从底部向顶部进行时,这些缺陷就消失了。试验还表明,钢坯上表面的质量问题可采用液态还原性电炉渣或惰性气体来解决。
This research project was first proposed by Li Wenzai, an engineer in 1982. In 1985 and Anshan Iron and Steel Company to carry out experiments. It is known from experiments that for slabs smaller than 500 × 500 mm in length and width, internal defects such as porosity and porosity are influenced by the solidification rate of the six faces. Deformation more than 4 times disappear. For large billet, the internal defects mainly depends on the billet top and bottom solidification speed. If both the top and bottom are solidified at the same time, these defects will appear in the middle of the billet, but these defects will disappear when the solidification takes place only from the bottom to the top. The test also showed that the quality of the upper surface of the billet can be reduced by liquid reducing furnace slag or inert gas.
