企业基层单位培训是否达到预期目标、培训计划是否有效实施、培训投入是否能最大化产出是企业衡量培训工作和培训工作者绩效的重要指标。笔者结合对培训的相关理论掌握以及多年基层培训体会并参考众多研究者的成果,通过本文就企业基层单位员工培训效果评估的内容、方式方法进行了思考和论述,期望对企业基层单位的培训工作者和相关工作有一定的借鉴意义。
Whether the grass-roots training of enterprises has reached the expected goals, whether the training plan is implemented effectively, and whether training input can maximize output is an important indicator for companies to measure training work and the performance of training workers.
